Residence permits are designed to allow dependents of employment permits to reside in Zambia for a period exceeding 90 days and up to two (2) years. The processing time of a residence permit can vary but may take up to 90 days to be processed.
The following quintessential documents must be submitted interalia with the application –
- Application form
- Application letter
- Aliens Registration Card
- Certified copy of Marriage Certificate
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate
